There are a couple of ways you can get started, you can subscribe immediately from the home screen when you choose the “Get Started” button, or before you create an account, please feel free to use our free capsule templates to create your first video message to the future. After you record your video you will be prompted to sign up for a subscription. You have the opportunity to sign up on a monthly subscription, or choose to subscribe annually.
Click on the “Get Started” button on the home screen and subscribe to your choice of monthly or annual subscription.
Once you have recorded your Video journal, all you need to do is to hit the “save” button and your video will upload to our secure journaling vault. Safe and Secure!
Upload of video always depends on your quality of Internet speed, however as a rule of thumb, we would suggest that a 10-minute video recorded straight from our web platform will complete its upload within a few mins. Please be aware, if you are uploading a prerecorded video, it may have been recorded in much higher resolution and may take longer to complete its upload. We always recommend you record straight from the video option in the web platform for the fastest and safest video uploads.

A lot of work and money has gone into the process of security of your capsules, from your identity, the storage of video, picture and text. Every precaution has been taken to ensure your privacy and security of content is secure.

You can add content to your Video Journal as often as you wish, please just select the additional item button. Don’t forget to itemise each item with a unique description if you want.
