When you verbalise your emotions, goals, struggles, achievements and hopes for your future self out loud, it’s very beneficial in creating a picture in your mind of where you’ve been, where you are and where you’re going.

This form of self-reflection enables you to be accountable and to stay motivated. The ability to express yourself without fear of judgement in a safe space is so valuable to your growth.

Encapsulator invites you to identify, document and reflect within programs that connect to you and the journey you are on before providing you the opportunity to save and look back at a time of your choice to see how far you’ve come and to support you to create the future you want.

The benefits of journalling

Journaling goes as far back at the 10th century where the Japanese wrote journals known as pillows books that they kept under their pillows, protecting their thoughts from the world. We could say that through every century journaling has been used as a tool to release emotions, to write down thoughts, let go of regrets, and plan our hopes and dreams for the future without the need to worry that these would ever been seen or heard by others.

As we move forward into today’s century, journaling has taken new perspectives attached with century old techniques like reflective thought processes and emotional release.

This can be seen through our video journaling program Encapsulator as it takes the important pieces of old world journaling into a new age video format, providing an effective user friendly approach.

Encapsulator programs reduce stress, anxiety, and depression as seen by many of the participants using it.

In our own experience, we’ve seen the remarkable progress and breakthroughs that can be made with the proper use of video journaling.

The exercise of releasing your thoughts is therapeutic, and allows a deeper understanding of ourselves, while giving us a clearer perspective of our lives.

A safe space

Encapsulator provides you with a safe space to let out your emotions and through the programs give you a sense of guidance and growth. When completing a program know that it’s private, it’s your own world and how you manage through each program, what you say, the emotions you show and how raw you get is only ever for your eyes and those you wish to show.

With encrypted protection you can know that your thoughts are safe with us, your growth is important to us and that much like a journal with a lock and key, what you say, stays with you.

A lifeline.

Whilst your programs are private, everyone deserves the right to feel as though they have the support they need. Issues ignored are issues amplified and reaching out can be a lifeline for some.

Goal setting

Setting goals is the first step to making the invisible visible. Our programs allow for participants to set real goals, in real time that produce real outcomes, whilst tracking progress throughout.

Every step forward is a step in a new direction, a new opportunity for growth.

Through goal setting you can see the progress and progress is progress no matter how small.

Self talk and inner voice

There is no one else quite like you and every human deserves the opportunity to speak their truth. Your story and the lessons you’ve learnt in life could be someone else’s saving grace.

The key is to dig deep and find the things that you love about yourself, the little idiosyncrasies that no one else has but you because let’s be honest no one can play you in the game of life. Through the encapsulator programs we work with you to bring these to the surface then support you to amplify that.

Letting go is different for everyone depending on why the separation is occurring. It affects each of us with different emotional states and for different periods of time.

For some it’s letting go of a loved one who has always been by your side, for others it could be breaking free of a trauma bond, releasing a part of yourself that doesn’t bring you happiness or growth anymore or choosing a different path for your life that rids you of an emotional attachment to another, maybe it’s a culmination of all of these.

Regardless of your need to let go or your desire to feel free, the idea of this is never easy but it is a core experience we each face in this lifetime and from this program we reach out a hand to you in the form of video journal and offer you the opportunity to let go in a constructive way and adapt the idea of valuing the memories, appreciating the lessons learnt and understanding that every goodbye can offer you a new beginning.
